Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jjoycelyllc@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that window, production has begun and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
